A colleague Mr. X had a friend who opened a transport business somewhere in Africa, he walked up to his colleague in great delight and informed him about his decision to support the transport business. How?
Mr. X told his friend that he should number the buses he acquired for the business and keep track of the number of commuters/customers who patronise each route timely, Mr. X planned on coming back after 3 months to analyse the data collected. There’s a lot of meaning to this story.
His friend hired some staff to work in the business; unfortunately, the staff didn’t see the need to gather data. Whoa!
